作為一個普通人, 一定會重覆着d 衫, 其實大家會睇到好悶嗎??
我應唔應該唔限定一星期出一次, 而係儲下d 新combinations 先出一篇呢?
有advice 可以share 下呀

p.s. 而家我無特別節食減肥, 要keep fit, 我每日都會做30分鐘運動!!!
有時自己做yoga, 有時睇youtube 鄭多燕, 喱排買左佢嘅DVD, 不過係主要做stretching!!
我覺得好啱我, 因為我成日膊頭痛, stretch完沖涼瞓教, 情況改善左好多 :) 又keep到fit!!!
我想揾多d 類似嘅routine, 可以再分享俾大家!! :)
